Standard package: we will run for one year* either:
Large package ( > 25 survey questions): we will run your custom survey for one year* with custom result report types up to this designated quantity: the number of survey questions divided by three & rounded up (online payment available after final amount is determined).
Pricing is per survey question @ $18/survey question, with free result report types up to the designated quantity (the number of survey questions divided by three & rounded up) and $44/result report type thereafter.
